Our unrefined salt is naturally washed and dried through evaporation which preserves approximately 99% of trace minerals contained in fresh Atlantic Ocean waters. These minerals are not only great for our body, but they also bring an amazing and distinct flavor to the steak.

The process of making a special salt for meat starts from the very beginning, once the first salt crystals start to form. We developed a technique to spread the crystals in a way that the formation will result in an evenly granulated product. This granulation allows grill masters to pack a large amount of salt to create a protective layer that keeps the meat juicy, and not too salty, since the presence of fine grains in our product is minimal.
