Thoroughly cover steak with August Steak Salt (packing it into the meat) and let sit for 10 min. (thinner cuts) to 25 min. (thicker cuts)

Preheat the grill to maximum temperature

Grill your steak on high flame for 2 minutes on each side (this will lock the juices in)

Completely remove the special steak salt.

Finish your perfect steak by grilling on high flame, one minute more on each side, for an amazing medium rare
